SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED SENIOR SECURED REVOLVING CREDIT AGREEMENT dated as of February 27, 2014, as amended as of June 3, 2014, as of June 27, 2014, as of October 17, 2014, as of October 2, 2015, as of December 22, 2016, as of February 20, 2018, as of November 5, 2018 and as of February 14, 2019 (this “Agreement”), among TPG SPECIALTY LENDING, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”), the LENDERS party hereto, and SUNTRUST BANK, as Administrative Agent.
