(“Paratek” or the “Company”), I am pleased to offer you continued employment under the terms of this Amended and Restated Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”). In this Agreement, you and the Company hereby further amend, supersede, and restate in its entirety that certain amended and restated employment agreement between the Company and you dated June 16, 2017 (the “Employment Agreement”).
