AMENDED AND RESTATED GUARANTY AGREEMENT, dated as of September 15, 2016 (as amended, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time, this “Guaranty”), is made by PennyMac Mortgage Investment Trust, a Maryland real estate investment trust (together with its successors and permitted assigns, the “Guarantor”), in favor of Citibank, N.A. (the “Lender”), which term shall include Lender’s successors and assigns) pursuant to the Loan Agreement.
