This FOURTH AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of April 22, 2014 among NIELSEN FINANCE LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (together with its successors and assigns, “Nielsen”), TNC (US) HOLDINGS INC.
