This EIGHTH AMENDMENT TO CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) is entered into as of August 2, 2022 (the “Eighth Amendment Execution Date”), among EPSILON ENERGY USA INC (“Borrower”), the LENDERS (as hereinafter defined), and TEXAS CAPITAL BANK, successor by conversion to Texas Capital Bank, National Association, as administrative agent for the Lenders (in such capacity, “Administrative Agent”).
