This Non-Revolving Line of Credit Line of Credit Loan Agreement Amendment (the “Amendment”) is dated as of December 14, 2022, between Loop Media, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Borrower”) and Excel Family Partners LLLP and (the “Lender”).
