Royal Gold, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), has granted to you restricted stock units (the “Restricted Stock Units”) relating to its common stock, $0.01 par value (the “Stock”), under the Royal Gold, Inc. 2015 Omnibus Long-Term Incentive Plan (as amended from time to time, the “Plan”), subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan and this Restricted Stock Agreement (this “Agreement”).
