This Fifth to Credit Agreement and Waiver, dated as of October 19, 2021 (the “Amendment”), is made pursuant to that certain Credit Agreement dated as of May 31, 2019 (as amended, restated, modified or supplemented from time to time, the “Credit Agreement”), among Runway Growth Finance Corp.
