This THIRD AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT is dated as of June 5, 2018, as amended by the First Amendment to Third Amended and Restated Credit Agreement, dated as of May 28, 2020 and the Omnibus Amendment No. 1, dated as of April 7, 2021, among MAIN STREET CAPITAL CORPORATION, a Maryland corporation, as borrower, the GUARANTORS party hereto, as guarantors, the LENDERS party hereto and BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANYTRUIST BANK (as successor by merger to Branch Banking and Trust Company), as Administrative Agent.
