This Sixth Amendment to Second Amended and Restated Credit Agreement and Joinder (herein, this “Amendment”) is entered into as of March 10, 2021 among CTO Realty Growth, Inc., a Maryland corporation, and together with its successors and assigns (the “Borrower”), the Guarantors party hereto, the Lenders party hereto and Bank of Montreal, as Administrative Agent (the “Administrative Agent”), L/C Issuer and Swing Line Lender.
