This REGISTRATION RIGHTS AGREEMENT (as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time, the “Agreement”) is made as of October 16, 2019 (the “Effective Time”), by and among HBT Financial, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and each of the Persons listed on the signature pages hereto (collectively, the “Holders”) and each other Person who becomes a party to this Agreement in accordance with Section 6.5 hereof.
