AMENDMENT dated as of November 2, 2015 (the “Amendment”) to the Revolving Credit Agreement dated as of December 21, 2012 (as amended, restated, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time prior to the date hereof, the “Credit Agreement”) among ZOETIS INC.
