This Consulting Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made as of July 1, 2019 (the “Effective Date”) by and between MediXall Group, Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Nevada, with its principal place of business at 2929 E. Commercial Blvd., PH-D, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33308, (the “Company”), and TBG Holdings Corporation, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Florida, with its principal place of business at 2929 E. Commercial Blvd., PH-D, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33308, (the “Consultant”). This Agreement supersedes all Agreement executed prior to the effective date identified above, by and between TBG Holdings Corporation and MediXall Group, Inc. f/k/a Continental Rail Corp.
