This Investment Advisory Agreement (“Agreement”) is made as of the 13th day of September, 2013, by and between DREXEL HAMILTON MUTUAL FUNDS, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of its series listed on Schedule A hereto (the “Fund”), and CENTRE ASSET MANAGEMENT, LLC (the “Adviser”), an investment adviser registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”).
