This Common Stock Purchase Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made as of August 20, 2013 by and between TALON REAL ESTATE HOLDING CORP., a Utah corporation with its principal office at 5500 Wayzata Boulevard, Suite 1070, Minneapolis, MN 55416 (the “Company”), and those purchasers listed on the attached Exhibit A, as such exhibit may be amended from time to time (each a “Purchaser”, and collectively, the “Purchasers”).
