AMENDMENT NO. 2 (this “Amendment”), dated as of July 28, 2015, to the Credit Agreement, dated as of July 29, 2014, between BLACKSTONE / GSO LONG-SHORT CREDIT INCOME FUND (the “Borrower”) and THE BANK OF NOVA SCOTIA (the “Bank”) (as amended by Amendment No. 1 to Credit Agreement, dated as of January 26, 2015 and as the same may be further amended, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time, the “Credit Agreement”).
