AIAI Holdings Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“Company”), hereby grants an Award of Restricted Stock, subject to the terms, conditions, and restrictions of the Company’s 2026 Equity Incentive Plan (the “Plan”), and this Restricted Stock Award Agreement, including Appendix A attached hereto (the Restricted Stock Award Agreement and Appendix A are collectively referred to as the “Award Agreement”).
