This Employment Agreement (“Agreement”), entered into as of the December 13, 2023 (“Effective Date”) by and between Stephen Gillings (“Executive” and ‘‘Executive’s”) and Purebase Corporation (the “Company”) sets forth the terms and conditions of Executive’s employment with the Company.
