This Forbearance Agreement (the “Agreement”), effective as of May 22, 2023 (the “Effective Date”) is entered into by and among Stearns Bank National Association, a national banking association (“Lender”), Leander Associates LTD, a Texas limited partnership (“Borrower”) and James T.
