AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated October 17, 2022, by and between Chan Heng Fai, with an address c/o Alset International Limited at 7 Temasek Boulevard, #29-01B Suntec Tower 1, Singapore 038987 (the “Seller”), and GigWorld Inc., a Delaware corporation located at 4800 Montgomery Lane, Suite 210, Bethesda, MD 20814 (the “Buyer”). Buyer and the Seller are sometimes hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties”.
