THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made effective as of the 31st day of December 2017, by and between THE LANTERN FEST PRODUCTIONS INC.., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Utah, U.S.A., (hereinafter referred to at times as the “Company” or “We” or “Us” and at times “Licensor”) and Happy Fun Events LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Utah (hereinafter referred to as “You” or “Your” and at times as “Licensee”).
