This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), dated as of February 8, 2017, is made by and between Diego Pellicer Worldwide, Inc., a Corporation organized under the laws of Delaware (the “Company”) and _____________ (the “Executive”). This AMENDMENT NO. 1 (the “Amendment”) is made as of February 8, 2017, to that certain Employment Agreement, dated September 17, 2014, is made by and between Diego Pellicer Worldwide, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) and Ron Throgmartin (the “Executive”) with each sometimes referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
