GRANTING AND CONVEYING TO THE GRANITEE a Net Return Royalty (the “Royalty” herein) of two and one-half percent (2.5%) percent of Net Return (as hereinafter defined) from the sale or other disposition of Products from the Property. As used herein, the term “Net Return “ shall be the “Gross Revenue” received by the grantor from the purchaser of “Products” less “Permissible Deductions”.
