This SHARE PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of February 25, 2025 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Aerospace Capital Partners LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“PURCHASER”), and Panagiotis Lazaretos, Director/CEO, Helen V.
