This Asset Purchase Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into on May 3, 2021 (the “Agreement Date”), by and among (a) Atelier de Motelage RB Inc., (referred to as the “Seller”), and (b) 808 Renewable Energy Corporation ( referred to as the “Buyer”). Each of the above referenced parties is sometimes herein referred to individually as a “Party” and, collectively, as the “Parties.”
