This Joint Venture Agreement (“Agreement”), is made effective as of this 24th day of January, 2018, by and between Bravatek Solutions, Inc., a Colorado corporation (“Bravatek”), and AmbiCom Holdings, Inc., a Nevada corporation (“AmbiCom”). The parties are hereinafter sometimes referred to together as the “Joint Venturers” or the “Parties” and individually as a “Joint Venturer” or “Party.”
