THIS SIXTH AMENDMENT TO SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED REVOLVING CREDIT AND TERM LOAN AGREEMENT (“Amendment”) is made as of the 14th day of February, 2017, by and among Rocket Fuel Inc.
