THIS FOURTH AMENDMENT TO SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED REVOLVING CREDIT AND TERM LOAN AGREEMENT (“Amendment”) is made as of the 15th day of September, 2016 by and among Rocket Fuel Inc.
