This Amended Registration Rights Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into on August 2, 2010, between Global MobileTech, Inc, a Nevada corporation (the “Company”) and the persons who have executed omnibus or counterpart signature page(s) hereto (each, a “Purchaser” and collectively, the “Purchasers”). This Amended Registration Rights is an amendment to the Registration Rights Agreement entered into in May 2010 between Matthew Riedel, Hong Choo Lim and Valerie Looi.
