This ASSET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of June 12, 2018, by and between SunPower Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Seller”), and Enphase Energy, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Buyer”).
