THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between COMPRESSCO PARTNERS GP INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Ronald J. Foster (the “Employee”) on November 6, 2014, but effective as of August 4, 2014 (the “Effective Date”). Certain capitalized terms used herein are defined in Section 6 of this Agreement.
