THIS TRANSFER AGENCY AND SERVICE AGREEMENT, effective as of December 31, 2021 (“Effective Date”), is by and between First Trust Energy Income and Growth Fund, a Massachusetts business trust corporation, having its principal office and place of business at 120 E. Liberty Drive, Wheaton, IL 60187 (“Company”), and Computershare Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Computershare”), and its affiliate Computershare Trust Company, N.A., a federally chartered trust company (“Trust Company”, and together with Computershare, “Transfer Agent”), each having a principal office and place of business at 150 Royall Street, Canton, Massachusetts 02021.
