This Consulting Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of January 9, 2023, and effective February 1, 2023 (“Effective Date”), by and between Workiva Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Jeffrey D. Trom (“Consultant” formerly identified as “Executive” in that certain employment agreement entered into by the parties on November 6, 2014).
