This CREDIT AGREEMENT, dated as of August 14, 2013, is among (i) WHITE MOUNTAINS INSURANCE GROUP, LTD., a company existing under the laws of Bermuda (the “Borrower”), (ii) each lender from time to time party hereto (collectively, the “Lenders”) and (iii) WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (“Wells Fargo Bank”), as Administrative Agent, Swing Line Lender and an Issuing Lender.
