Avago Technologies Limited, a company organized under the laws of Singapore (the “Company”), pursuant to its 2009 Equity Incentive Award Plan, as amended from time to time (the “Plan”), hereby grants to the individual (“Participant”) listed in Section A (the “Award Summary”) of the Online Award Acceptance page (the “Award Acceptance Page”) of the Company’s Equity Incentive Award Plan website administered by Morgan Stanley Smith Barney (“Plan Website”) to which this Restricted Share Unit Award Agreement (this “Agreement”) is posted, an award of restricted share units (“Restricted Share Units” or “RSUs”). Each Restricted Share Unit represents the right to receive one ordinary share of the Company (an “Ordinary Share”) upon vesting of the Restricted Share Unit.
