This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of February 13, 2024 (the “Effective Date”) by and between SUPERIOR GROUP OF COMPANIES, INC, a Florida corporation (the “Company”), and MICHAEL KOEMPEL (“Employee”).
