All capitalized words and phrases, if not otherwise defined herein, shall have the meanings attributed to them by Article 9 of the Texas Business & Commerce Code, as such Code may from time-to-time be amended. The Collateral includes any and all accessions, additions to, parts and substitutions of any of the following, and all replacements thereof.
