THIS WAIVER TO LOAN AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated as of June 14, 2017 and effective as of March 31, 2017 (the “Effective Date”), is by and among TOWERSTREAM CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation, TOWERSTREAM I, INC., a Delaware corporation, HETNETS TOWER CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation (collectively, with Towerstream Corporation and Towerstream I, Inc., the “Borrowers”), the MAJORITY LENDERS and MELODY BUSINESS FINANCE, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as administrative agent for the Lenders (in such capacity, “Administrative Agent”).
