This NOTE PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of May 11, 2016, by and among Bridgeline Digital, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), Taglich Brothers, Inc., as the Agent on behalf of each of the Investors (the “Agent”) and the investors set forth on the signature pages affixed hereto (each, an “Investor” and, collectively, the “Investors”).
