This AGREEMENT AND PLAN OF MERGER (this “Agreement”), dated as of September 10, 2014, is by and between Cape Bancorp, Inc., a Maryland corporation (“Cape Bancorp”) and Colonial Financial Services, Inc., a Maryland corporation (“Colonial Financial”).
