This CONSENT AND MODIFICATION OF SENIOR SUBORDINATED NOTE PURCHASE AGREEMENT AND TRANCHE B NOTES (this “Modification”) is dated as of August 12, 2010 by and among INTERNATIONAL TEXTILE GROUP, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) and the Purchasers signatory hereto.
