This Supply Agreement is dated as of this 22nd day of September, 2010 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Stryker Corporation, a Michigan corporation, acting through its Stryker Endoscopy division (“STRYKER”), and Vision-Sciences, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“SUPPLIER”). STRYKER and SUPPLIER are individually referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
