Subject to final approval by the Court, and with the understanding that the settlement agreement (“Agreement”) documented in this Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) shall be further memorialized in a more comprehensive written settlement agreement, Plaintiff Justin Price (“Price” or “Plaintiff”), on behalf of himself and all others similarly situated, and Defendant MISTRAS Group, Inc.
