This CREDIT AGREEMENT, dated as of August 19, 2016, is entered into by and among ONDECK ASSET FUNDING I LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Company”), the Lenders party hereto from time to time and ARES AGENT SERVICES, L.P., as Administrative Agent for the Lenders (in such capacity, “Administrative Agent”) and as Collateral Agent for the Secured Parties (in such capacity, “Collateral Agent”) and WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., as Paying Agent (in such capacity, “Paying Agent”).
