THIS CONSULTING AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made effective as of the 1st day of October, 2009, by and between Mo You Yu of 3975 Windermere Street, Vancouver, BC V5R 2G5 (“Consultant”) and Zenitech Corporation, a Delaware corporation with its offices located in Suite 1200, 1000N. West Street, Wilmington, DE 19801 (the “Company”).
