THIS SUPPORT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of February ____, 2020 by and between Qumu Corporation, a Minnesota corporation (“Qumu”), and the undersigned stockholder (“Shareholder”) of Synacor, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Synacor”).
