This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT is entered into as of the 22nd day of July and effective as of the 15th day of July, 2013 by and among Graphic Packaging International, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Employer”), Graphic Packaging Holding Company, a Delaware corporation (“GPHC”) and Carla J.
