INVESTMENT ADVISORY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) made as of this 31st day of March, 2026, by and between The Advisors’ Inner Circle Fund (the “Trust”), a Massachusetts business trust registered as an investment company under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (the “1940 Act”), and Breckinridge Capital Advisors, Inc. (the “Adviser”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, with the Adviser’s principal place of business at 125 High Street, Suite 431, Boston, Massachusetts 02110.

EXPENSE LIMITATION AGREEMENT, effective as of March 31, 2026, by and between Breckinridge Capital Advisors, Inc. (the “Adviser”) and The Advisors’ Inner Circle Fund (the “Trust”) (the “Agreement”), on behalf of the series of the Trust set forth in Schedule A attached hereto (the “Fund”).
