This Investment Advisory Agreement (“Agreement”) is made as of the 21st day of March 2023, by and between CENTRE FUNDS, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of its series the Centre Global Infrastructure Fund (the “Fund”), and CENTRE ASSET MANAGEMENT, LLC (the “Adviser”), an investment adviser registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”).
