This INVESTMENT SUB-ADVISORY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made effective as of this 3rd day of October, 2023 by and among SOVEREIGN’S CAPITAL MANAGEMENT, LLC (the “Adviser”), a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business at 310 S. West Street, Suite 100 Raleigh, NC 27603, and VIDENT ADVISORY, LLC (the “Sub-Adviser”), a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business at 1125 Sanctuary Parkway, Suite 515, Alpharetta, Georgia 30009, and ELEVATION SERIES TRUST (the “Trust”), a Delaware statutory trust.
